Basil, honey and cinnamon bath to cleanse negative energies

Whenever we have the possibility and the willing heart, we must take baths to improve our astral and cleanse the aura.

Taking some spiritual baths is very simple, but it is also true that due to the daily hustle and bustle we do not have much time, I assure you that if you are willing you will find the space to make your spirituality change and thus attract positive energies, evolution to your home and your life in general.

In this bath we use two powerful plants and other ingredients such as honey and cinnamon, together they attract the good and repel the bad.

Basil is one of them, which provides great spiritual benefits such as stripping, crossing, and is very healing.

The other plant is the road opener, which, as its name already indicates, opens the roads and is a very kind plant with great spiritual powers.

How to prepare the spiritual bath?

First you need the container with water, I always recommend serenada because it is blessed, but if you can't, it doesn't matter, use plain water.
You take the segments of Basil and begin to remove the leaves, then the segments of open roads, as well.
When you have the leaves in the container with water, you start with your hands to scrub them to get the juice. As you do so, visualize what you want to go away and what you want to come into your life.
Then you add a teaspoon of honey, a pinch of ground cinnamon, cologne and cascarilla.
Now you light the candle and leave the container with the prepared water in front of it, if you have a spiritual vault put everything in front of it.
You leave that water at rest with the candle lit, after a while you shower with plain water and after the neck down you take a bath with this water, letting it dry on the body and using a white towel.
You will give this bath for 3 days in a row, always with the candle lit every day during the bath.
