1 glass of serene water
1 headband (strip) of white paper
A white plate
24 drops of Calm Balm
Sleeping plant (if found)
Egg to make meringue
Cascarilla
1 white candle
Square white cloth

Preparation of the work to Santa Clara:

First of all, remember to leave the water to the serene the night before to do this work.

You take the egg or eggs, beat them and make a meringue.

Let the candle light until it goes out and if possible you stay next to the work for a few minutes, always with your mind thinking about the transformation of that person.
You will put that work on high for 21 days, covered with a white cloth, if that person lives with you keep in mind that they cannot see it.
At 21 days you must remove it at the top of a hill.
