- Saint John Paul the Second was canonized on April 27, 2014.
- Later it was decided that on October 22 a party would be held in homage to his memory.
His patronage extended under the protection of World Youth Day and the protection of Christian families.
Beautiful prayer dedicated to Saint John Paul II for the family and the young
This prayer to Juan Pablo Segundo that we offer in this article is aimed at obtaining his protection and blessing to travel the world under the loving gaze of the heavenly father.
This prayer raises:
- The need of youth to dream and change the world,
- the strength of faith and
- the acceptance of defects in order to be able to work on them and improve them.
Oh Saint John Paul, from the window of heaven give us your blessing!
Bless the Church, which you have loved, served and guided, encouraging her to walk with courage along the paths of the world to bring Jesus to all and to Jesus.
Bless the young people, who have been your great passion.
Grant them to dream again, to look up again to find the light that illuminates the paths of life on earth.
Bless the families, bless every family! You warned of Satan's assault on this precious and indispensable little spark of heaven, which God lit on earth.
Saint John Paul, with your prayer, protect families and every life that springs up in the family.
Pray for the whole world, still marked by tensions, wars and injustices.
You opposed the war, invoking dialogue and sowing love: pray for us, so that we may be tireless sowers of peace.
Oh, Saint John Paul, from the window of heaven, where we see you next to Mary, make the blessing of God descend upon us all, Amen.
